Holiday Homes in Dawlish.

 

 

This is our latest holiday property in the centre of Dawlish. It is a two bed roomed town house. It comprises of a spacious lounge furnished with a three-piece suit, bookcase, coffee table and color television and dvd player.. The large kitchen diner can be accessed from the lounge through the archway or the main entrance hall. The kitchen is new and offers the latest facilities including microwave oven, built in larder refrigerator, fan assisted electric oven and gas hob. There is also a dinning table and plenty of storage space for all your little holiday extras. Up the stairs and you find the master bedroom with double bed and all the usual items you will need including a comfy adjustable arm chair. Leading on we come to the other bedroom fitted with bedside lights, twin beds and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with an electric shower again all refurbished at the beginning of the season. There is a second toilet on the ground floor next to the kitchen. There is no charge for gas or electricity and the house is centrally heated. The garage is below the property.

Dawlish enjoys a range of interesting, small shops, pubs and restaurants, an intimate amateur theatre, public library and a full sports centre – all within easy walking distance.

Our self-catering property is close to the shops and Dawlish’s long and delightful beaches – for pre-breakfast or brunch walks perhaps? A leisurely sea wall walk takes you to the famed long sandy bathing beaches of Dawlish Warren, skirting the entrance of the Exe Estuary, and its nature reserve full of rare flowers, unusual birds and hidden ponds.

The cost depends on the time of year you wish to stay. Costs for Early season are from £180.00 and High season from £330.00 per week
