Clipped this from backyard. Could not agree more. all that posturing by our mayor in the local paper, in the ridiculous sea-front vip area (with his accomplices) and during the carnival procession, did nothing but expose the tin-pot vacuousness of mayoral office in the present climate. anyone that still takes this seriously must be living in the same egotistic, prestige hungry world, as those that wear the chain. must mention our second world war airmen. now they really are people who deserve adoration and respect.
