Has "The Truth" noticed that those that make the rules and laws and regulations and guidelines and bye-laws and set conditions and set targets, etc,etc,etc. Completely ignore it all when it comes to them towing the line, after all when they get fined for misdemeanours, it is your money that pays for it. When you get an illegal parking ticket slapped on your windscreen, those same rule-makers will go to the end of the earth to get your money.
