Shame they couldn't find a British based firm to carry out the work rather than one based in the Netherlands. (before MV barks up - I am aware they have offices in the U.K.) Is the '50 year project' to just study the cliff areas between Dawlish and Teignmouth and the line between Newton Abott and Exeter? The key word here is 'respondents' that is not everyone who attends or tries to get an appointment at the surgery. It is only the number of people who participated in the survey. Without a number for those who participated it is a little naive to assume the majority of people are happy with the services provided.
