The leaseholders clearly thought otherwise. And, curiously, Love At First Bite was the victim of sabotage the night before the last Airshow. The perpetrators are likely to be one and the same.
Paul, "Love At First Bite" are there at present, with one of their mobile catering facilities. Not sure how plans are progressing to replace the permanent structure that arsonists razed to the ground a couple of years back.
