I now that if people have done any sort of crime by where i live they are made to clean the streets/or any other community work, and wear bright orange jackets with commuinty work on the back of the jackets. So you now who they are and what they are suppose to be doing....

Just to let you now that this is the reply i had back about Dawlish webcam....... So fingers crossed its up and running soon.... Hi Any day now hopefully – we have had significant technology issues (broadband related) which has require a new line etc. The new installation has a fault somewhere and BT are working on it as I write!
