Devon Aspects Estate and Letting Agents are open for business! Owned and run by husband/wife team, Gary and Hilary Hook.

Hilary has worked in Estate Agency for twenty years, with Strutt and Parker and Lane Fox. Gary has worked for Mars and Coca-Cola Enterprises in sales and marketing roles.

Hilary says, “We set up for professional and personal reasons. We come from the service industry which means helping people. We enjoyed that aspect of our jobs, but we wanted to spend more time together.

Gary says, “The market is tougher than when we decided to set up but Hilary was still selling houses with her old company. You just have to work hard and smart. We believe in communicating with clients and keeping them informed. We make sure we understand their goals.
