TDC planning dept at its best, they should arrested and locked up for allowing it. Ask for Eric Pickles the loony behind all this unproven need development he should be sacked and forced to live on benifits street

As I sadly I lost my dog back last summer I have not needed to walk around the Elm Grove Woods/James's Plantation (as was) for quite some time.

So I really noticed the difference when I walked that way a few days back.
