A motorclclist has been seriously injured after being involved in a road traffic collision on the A379 between Kenton and Starcross.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics and taken by air ambulance to Deffiford Hospital, Plymouth.
I got caught up in that, I was more concerned about being late, which I feel bad about now. I hope he recovers.
Not sure if it is true but visitors that came in about 6pm said they were told he had died thats why the road was shut for so long.
I hope they are wrong = I wish everyone would slow down
How the hell can someone say that they was told he had died,then post that comment on here without knowing the truth, gets your facts right mr know it all ,what a idiot.
Wow, is there any need for such a hostile response? The most recent press report from yesterday said he was still critical so still reason to hope for the best.

The visitors were told by a police officer that had been sat at the bottom of their lane most of the day.
So a police officer told them.
If it had come from a pub for example I would have posted nothing, as it had come from an officer I felt it was a valid update, I also assumed that as the officer new they would have also spoke with the family.
