Jack Davey, from Exeter, was left on remand at Exeter Prison after being arrested in October 2015 because no psychiatric hospital bed was available in the South West.The 21-year-old was finally transferred to Langdon Hospital in Dawlish on June 30, where he has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
