A Westcountry building company is accused of safety failures which allegedly led to the death of a worker at a site in Dawlish.
They relate to the death of employee John Small, from Liskeard, who died after being run down by a fork lift truck while working on a project at Secmaton Lane, Dawlish on June 28, 2013
