COUNCILLORS have approved plans to build 21 houses on the site of a former entertainment facility in Dawlish Warren.
In the design and access statement, Darrell Willcocks architects said the proposed re-development of the site is a great opportunity to improve the visual appearance of the site and it will improve the character of the area and result in a high quality housing scheme which will provide an attractive environment in which to live.
