A painting and decorating firm has been ordered to pay £130,000 for putting employees and members of the public at risk in a case triggered by the death of a worker in 2014.

Mr Leach, a painter and decorator from Exeter, died in hospital from a cardiac arrest the day after the Bronto aerial platform he was working in toppled over.

He was in the basket of the vehicle at the Railway Convalescent Centre in Church Street, Dawlish.
