A DRAFT plan for the future of Teignbridge looks set to be published for public consultation in January following approval by Teignbridge District Council’s Executive.

Known as the ‘Preferred Options Core Strategy’, the draft plan shows where new jobs, green spaces and other improvements could be located in the district, as well as the new homes needed.

It is based on four years of careful research and consultation which has identified how many homes and jobs are needed to meet the needs of a growing population.
