Is it because the Post Office will be moving to the new banking hub in the old Lloyds Building?
That is just ridiculous. A town with no banks and soon, no Post Office.
Just read that the Post Office in One Stop is closing next March
And that damage was done by a storm not coming in from the east. What might happen should we have a storm of similar strength or more that does come from the east? Owing to damage caused by Storm Ciaran, sections of the walkway along the old sea wall are closed: Between Coastguard’s and Red Rock, Langstone, at Dawlish. Between Smugglers Cove and Sprey Point towards Teignmouth. Barriers are being put in place and the walkways are closed until further notice. Thank you for your patience while we carry out repairs.
