Police have cancelled an £80 fine issued to a man in April for using a swastika on a leaflet. Keith Sharp, 68, from Dawlish, Devon, had been given the fixed penalty notice after putting 4,000 leaflets through doors complaining about a local increase in CCTV cameras. Police reconsidered after the CPS said it did not warrant a criminal charge.
