THE latest section of the Exe Estuary Trail will be officially opened by Devon County Council on Friday.

The £460,000 stretch of the Trail covers one mile between Cockwood and Dawlish Warren.

It includes 500 metres of shared footway and cycleway alongside Warren Road and one kilometre of Bridleway within fields parallel to Warren Road.
