Yesterday someone told me about this cycle.

So.......if we are approximately in the middle of the latest housing boom/bust cycle then if that
link road doesn't get built NOW whilst the market is bouyant, then come a few years time when the market falls the funds will not be available for its completion throughout the DA2 area and Secmaton Lane/Elm Grove Road will not be connected with Sainsbury's roundabout.
