South West Water faces £1.7 million fine after seven sewage spills

The water provider for Cornwall and Devon is facing a £1.7 million fine from Britain's water regulator over "serious wastewater pollution incidents".

The incidents took place at Fistral and Looe in Cornwall and Combe Martin, Sandy Bay and Dawlish in Devon.
