The Truth. What bollocks for a psedonym! when you wouldn't know the truth if it was shot up your arse. When you pay for something, do you expect to pay again, do you expect not to get any change if you do not give the right amount, do you expect your councilor to lie to you when he tells you parking charges are not to make money, do you believe that? If it is not to make money, why do they keep an anual increase in place?
