Latest re supermarket saga - Tesco to Appeal
Have just been taking a look at the online planning documents re the supermarket saga and it seems that Tesco are Appealing against the decision made by TDC in March of this year when they (Tesco) were refused planning permission to build at Lady's Mile Holiday Park.
The Appeal is scheduled to be heard over 4 days at Forde House, Newton Abbot wef Tuesday 12th October 2010.
