On numerous occassions on walking on the path along the edge of the Point car park in Teignmouth. The walkway is obstructed or even blocked by numerous people fishing with their rods, equipment and feet blocking this walkway. I understand why they do it, because it's convienant for them, but for everyone else it's just a nusiance. How about getting some signs up on the rails to prohibit ...

@FredBassett - when has teignbridge councillors ever listened to what the taxpayer/rate payers of dawlish want! come to that,even some of the past dawlish council's have gone ahead with spending hard earned taxes/rates on projects with out first seeking the thoughts of the locals.

Was the privatisation of the British Rail network just a dream I had ? I thought it was sold in it's entirety to the private sector between 1994 and 1997, strange.

What we need are some wood stocks on the Lawn so that people who damage our town can be locked up for all to see. I'm sure we can collect plenty of moldy veg's to throw at these idoits.

It would be interesting to see a current breakdown of all ranks and salary bands within the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary. I think you will find a rather bloated and top heavy management structure in place within this system. How many pcso's could we have for the price of one superintendent?

How about the police doing the odd one day special and fining anyone on a push bike using the pavement! Currently I beleieve it is £85. This would assist other road users who actually pay through the nose to drive on it and give 5-o a bit more income. As to the A379 dangerous driver the video is currently with their video investigation unit being analysed. I think I need to upgrade my camaras in ...

Saw lots of these jellyfish on my walk today down along the beach at Teignmouth. Some very fine examples still intact and seemed to be possibly alive.

Re introduce the old style Mega council estates, happy days. I always loved the neighbourly rivallry for who had the most rubbish, fridges etc in the front garden. Or who could party the longest in to the following day, sigh, fond memories of a bygone age! Oh, nearly forgot - how many 'classic' cars you could have in your front garden.

Whilst walking over Haldon, last weekend, you could observe that the panels do increase the temp in the vicinity of the installation. To the extent that the area has a heat haze you would normally expect with the height of Summer. What temp's will be created in the locality of these installations when Summer does eventually come round? How will this affect the local wildlife, grazing livestock ...
