I like the pedestrianisation plan but I'm anxious about how it will affect the other local roads. There are problems passing oncoming traffic in Queen St. and Park Road now. What will they be like with the pedestrianisan plan? Teignbridge DC don't seem to have done any research/studies into this!? Will Brunswick Place, Barton Terrace and Oak Hill become 'rat runs'? We only have our allotments at Browns Brook courtesy of the Luscombe Estate, who own the land and rent it to the Town Council.
