Is Dawlish better than Teignmouth?
Dawlish is a much better place to live no crack heads or scummy tramps although we do have a lotta weirdos!
Dawlish has gone down hill, no money put into it. and it looks shabby. teignmouth looks better, the people seem nicer. dawlish is a dive!
Teignmouth went downhill badly when the Royal Hotel was turned into a spastic home. Then the Riviera disappeared.
Then there was a turnaround. The road system was sorted out, the back streets tidied up. The buildings fronting the sea renovated.
Teignmouth is now ahead of Dawlish again.
Dawlish has not evolved at all in 50 years, just remained in suspended animation, neither advanced nor deteriorated.

No crackheads? Just watch the stonehuts/lawn/bottom of the Strand, specialy on giro day, its wall to wall crackheads tramps and alkies!
