Enough of slagging Dawlish off good things do happen.When I was at Glastonbury saw this fantastic band called the Summits did bit research one of the guys hails from this little old town of ours they are big up Norht as well as doing the festival circuit.Look em up on www.myspace.com/thesummitsuk
Think we should all concentrate on the positive low crime friendly people etc. Come on lets hear whats good about Dawlish

seems to me dawlish full of big negativity nobody has got anything good to say about it other than the" co op "wonderful if it is really this bad i suggest we all pack up and leave.
Go on to the South London formum you know that place shootings muggings etc their website so positive dawlish hasnt got anything like their problems yet rarely is a complimentary word uttered

found this forum by looking for the Summitsuk. One of my favourite new bands.
I cant believe what ive read hasnt anyone got anything good to say about Dawlish.
I live in London and have visited Devon a few times Dawlish once on carnival day. You guys have no idea how lucky you are crime? ive had my car broken into 6 times since christmas. We wont let the kids out on there own they are 15 and 16 we taxi them everywhere,
We cant move because of work.
Just enjoy and appreciate what you have.

If Dawlish is so 'bad' why have so many people moved here from other parts of the country? Go on, ask yourselves that.
