A big result for our patrol team in the small hours of this morning in Teignmouth.
After our officers stopped a vehicle with no insurance, instead of stopping to chat the occupants all decided to go for a very early morning run, in the process throwing a large brown bag of powder into a nearby garden.
The result? Three people in custody and what is believed to be heroin with a street value of around £30,000 off the street. A great effort by the two PC's involved.
