and i'm thinking of opening up a new video, dvd and game rental store in dawlish, charging half the price of what the current rental store does and was wondering if anyone would be interested, please respond with your views. with thanks, Alex

Thank you!! Well I was happy with my shop there today, I used the £3 off voucher that came through the door! The staff were fine too.
Typical reply and to be expected. Nobody in Dawlish has a positive comment on ANYTHING do they. No wonder Dawlish is a no go town for new business. It's a place just for the pub and you MUST like football and have the brains that to go with it. Sush a shane. but who do you blame? I can only think of education at Dawlish School, see that reply sentence without a breath!
I just thought I would say what a smart store it is, so much better than Somerfield. My only regret is that the old Somerfield check out staff have been taken on. Now that really is a shame, they are not exactly a happy bunch and were the reason why many did not go to Somerfield. Anyway ..thanks to the Coop for a far better range of products. I do hope people will post positive remarks on the ...
You cant do anything to keep people happy can you? Re prevous posting ... I can see soon Dec 25 being called 'Presents Day' .. it has no meaning to so many..which would be of no surprise as schools do not set any Christian standard. Most Christmas cards have Santa and presents on. People want premium pay if they work over festivals ..and if the day falls on a Sunday have3 extra dats off ...
It would be good for Dawlish if there was a market like that once a week 'all year round' and close the Strand for the day .. car free shopping would br great ! Did Dawlish ever have a proper weekly market years ago ?
