Its a bit of a dilemma. I want out, but cant see that voting out is going to mean just that, and to me it looks like which ever way the vote goes nothing is going to change straight away. I also dont see how we have a fair vote whillst a single political party is in government surely we should be voting as per a general election at the same time as the referendum

Anyone know which side the Queen supports? If the leave campaign win,  and we all know they wont because the corrupt government cant allow that. But if they do will CAMoron stand down and could Boris realistically become PM or will parliament have to be desolved and a general election called? Again if leave win. How are they going to implement the talked about closing of our borders and how ...

It seems the leave campaigners have nothing much to loose and so can be given some credibility to the benifits they quote for leaving. On the other hand the remain side are not only proven liars like Camoron but stand to loose much more like their expense accounts and trading back handers from corrupt bankers and arms dealers. They have used so far every fear tatic thinkable from the threat of ...

No apology needed Gary we need to keep this forums sense of humour whillst retaining a true and factual representation of the the topics under discussion. I think I speak for more than myself in saying that unless you are reasonably wealthy life in any of the south coast holiday towns is going to be difficult. I like yourself enjoy living in Dawlish but I hate the way TDC and DCC seem hell bent ...

Question your honour - The muti-national developers have repeatedly made it clear that they cannot justify building large numbers of so called affordable and if the same as starter homes under the current market conditions. So who is the government going to get in to build them. Are we going to see a return to local authority direct works departments employing construction workers to build their ...

@Gary Taylor Its not exactly snipping is it and the reason I dont stand for council is a simple one. I dont have to tow the party line in what I say or do. I can have far more effect as things are, without sitting with my mates behind closed doors and having to wear a shirt and tie. Or a hat in some cases. Frankly I dont blame you for not agreeing with me its what you would expect from a ...

The reason Gary Taylor dosent agree with anything I put on here is quite straight foward. He is a local councillor and a Lib Dem one at that, and I tell the truth. Thats another thing to watch when you move we have the worst local government you could ever wish for and that applies to town, district and county. Incompetence rules at all levels.

Dawlish is a lovely place to live - Thats if you have retired on a juicy private pension as the council tax will take most of it. The truth is Dawlish has become the dumping ground for the authorities house building programme as dictated by central government. There are very little employment oppertunities and what there are are minimum wage and mostly seasonal. Shopping as suggested at Sainsburys ...

Camoron's latest bull

11 May 2016

At least an out win would get rid of Camoron and maybe some of his bent mates, should also make lunatic Corbin stand down. A new UKIP government may just keep Farage's word and rescue us from the dangers of Merkel, Brussels, left wing brain washed do gooders and traitors like Blair, Obama and Clinton. Our survival on our own could be achieved if we followed a Trump lead America. We survived ...
