14-year-old Albina Yevko sadly died after falling from the sea wall in Dawlish earlier this year.

Network Rail has announced that they plan to reassess the safety of the Dawlish sea wall after a young girl died. 14-year-old Albina Yevko died earlier this year from multiple injuries after she fell four metres off the unprotected edge of the wall beside the railway line onto concrete below.

As I had posted before, it's a tragedy for sure, but doesn't common sense tell you NOT to go too close to the edge as there is no fence there?

That wall has been like that for over a hundred(?) years, and how many people have lost their lives by falling off?
