I can carry 4 bags not plastic ones, the walk will do me good probably put on weight as I live on beans on toast and apples.

I shall be shopping in Teignmouth at Tesco Express be great to have a proper diet again. Its only £2 on the train

I like the Co op yes its expensive but the lack of choice means you dont waste money. Sometimes I dont spend anything the long queues being too much to cope with. Will be pounds in when the tourists arrive queues will be longer shelves empty will pick up loaf bead tin beans from Cost cutter and be healthy
