I think all those that loose mony on gambling (horses for instance) should seek protection for any loses they incur from the government.

No doubt they will tell you Don, that they prosecuted X,Y,Z for serious offences and Mr fudge (sorry Judge) let them go again. So now we will consentrate on the motorist who in the main will cough up £60 when we ask for it. And if you argue with us, we will give you a FPN for anything that takes our fancy.
