Yes I found out the same, it is available at the land registry - Secmaton Farm was bought in 1998 and Gatehouse in 1997. Gatehouse Farm's application to change the barns to residential in 1998 is quite enlightening if you check it out on the Teignbridge Planning site.

Almost forgot about the presentation in the Manor House regarding the public consultation in relation to Gatehouse Park Developments and their proposed planning application in 2012 and this is the plan they presented.  Clearly is shown where the Ridge Top Park was proposed to be and biodiversity corridor.  It actually fits in well with the DA2 development proposed and shows that they had intent to ...

This is the latest on the Peppermint Park site.  No one was interested in building the carehome, so they reapplied for the below and gained planning for the housing in 2013.  Sandpipers were to do one and when Peppermint Park put theirs in and got it they would have found it unviable to have 2 in the same location.  Therefore Sandpipers applied to change it to housing and since that was accepted ...

Today I had a folded leaflet from Anne Marie Morris MP put through my door. It reads 'My plan to secure a better future for Dawlish.'  Her 6 point plan sets out her targets within the opened document, but on the back it states 'The fight for our coastal railway line goes on'. ‘Well over £30 million has been spent on repairs and improvements so far but I am fighting for more money that is ...

Lynne thank you for putting this information in the public domain, as non-farmers wouldn't realised half of what goes on.  The fact is that lambing can be difficult and as such you need to be living on site, as it is a 24 hour activity.  Lambs don't just get born in daylight hours!  This being the case you need somewhere to rest/sleep and get hot food an drinks on rota.  The agricultural barn at ...
