Yes not bad council tax up £8 a month, pension up £12 a month so £4 left for inflation increases.   What happened to the extra revenue due from all the extra houses, oh sorry forgot thats to top up pension and bonuses as they have all had a hard year working from home.

Think about the train driver who is probably traumatised and may lose his job.

Chance that there are going to be no buses as the Exeter drivers have voted to strike as they are upset at relocation of the depot to matford.

@Lynne sorry missed that bit in da2, i thought that littleleigh had been removed due to access issues, but it seems that it was refused because of the design being out of character with the area. that could be interesting when it comes to secmaton lane fronted by bungalows but with houses either side. oh well thats for 2017 or later.

I thought we had a local plan that said where houses could be built and non of it included Holcombe.

So will we the residents of Teignbridge be forking out for a builders cockup, but then the residents of Carhaix must be grateful as they wont like it when they get heavy constuction traffic using Carhaix as a short cut to the Gatehouse building site because the link road will not be built first.

Wonder who owned the land, their very rich now.

According to SWW the problem was a blockage after cleaning the pumps at Shutterton pumping station and is not a broken pipe.

I hope God gives them just reward.

So from the spotlight program on the 4th December we all saw what is happening on an all too regular occurrence in the Secmaton Lane area. So regular that one of the Gardens  in Secmaton Lane was again flooded by sewage on Sunday night. Why this time,  no heavy rain over night so what’s the excuse this time SWW. I wonder what the recomendations of the Gatehouse Farm Developments consultant ...
