If we do exit the E.U. all those British citizens living in Europe will no longer be European citizen's, but British citizen's living in Europe. Can anyone explain if this would affect those Brits living full time in Europe with their own properties ? Would they need to apply for citizenship in the country they have settled in? Would they be allowed to own a home in Europe, as they would ...

So, in a nutshell, taking out all the fluff...they are going to declaw local planning departments so that developers can dictate what they want over what the local people do not want. The diamond in all this guff is that it will be easier to complulsory purchase land/buildings that the developers want to demolish/develop. I love the way the 'government' has pledged a £100 billion, they are ...

@Gary Taylor - my interpretation of the document below is that the appeal for the two dwellings has been dismissed. i wasn't aware that stone had appealed the refusal for the change of use of the land next to the two dwellings. There are no appeal actions showing on teignbridge plannings website for this parcel of land, just the refusal last year. ...

As a tourist, ...

Many companies down here specifically ask if you have your own transport because the bus and rail services are in adequate for commuting and barely okay for sightseeing. Upper Longlands is accessed by vehicle via very, very steep narrow roads although the pavements seem okay. Many back roads which you would think are quiet and safe are used by idoits speeding back and forth night and day. ...

So because Powderham don't want the headache of organising the parking on their land, which they normally do, The local community that forked out for it has to endure the inconvience instead, If that's not a Foot You to the local people I don't know what would be.

@Gary Taylor - and what planet are you on!

Was going to go to Sainsbury's this afternoon, but when I got to the intersection of the Co op in Dawlish the traffic to get there was backed up well beyond the bridge over the brook. I went to morrisons instead. Why the ~@~@ this work could not have been scheduled for this winter rather than during the torist season.
