"Shop front" police stations could be provided in two Devon seaside towns to give the public easy access to the police. Dawlish and Teignmouth are being discussed as possible locations for the new look stations, which would house local officers and an inquiry officer. The police are considering long terms plans to introduce the shop front stations across the region.
